Why do we use Dropbox?
Dropbox is a cloud based website that allows us to securely share documentation, plans and specifications. For further information, please follow the link below.
What are the submission requirements?
The RFP document will clearly specify what is needed for submission of your bid. However, the minimum requirements for bid submission are the Project Schedule, Bid Form, and signed Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA).
Am I required to create a Dropbox account?
No. The method chosen by NTS to share the documentation allows us to securely share the documentation, plans and specifications without requiring you to create an account. In the event that an account is deemed necessary for extremely confidential information, Dropbox allows you to create a free account. While creating an account is not required, we find it very beneficial due to the ease of access to file sharing.
How do I get access to the documents?
After you agree to the NDA, you will receive a link via email within 24 hours of normal business hours. Click on the link and you will find all associated documents for the respective project within Dropbox.
